We offer two options for your Online Booking setting. If you turn this "On" - your clients have the freedom to book any Service you offer at any open time on your Schedule. Clients love this and Professionals that have Online Booking turned on often have more bookings per month. If you turn this setting "Off" - your clients will have to click the Request button beside any Service they want to book, and then request a time and day. If you wish to fulfill that request, just book the appointment for the client directly onto your Schedule and they will be notified. Some Professionals prefer this setting if they wish to restrict their client bookings.
1. Go to AppointmentBug.com
2. If you haven't already, log-in to your AppointmentBug Professional account by clicking the "LOG IN" button in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click "Setting" under Setting click "Online Booking"
4. Toggle to "ON" or "OFF"
5. Scroll down and click "SAVE"
